Seeking an Experienced Receptionist: a focused, multi-tasking super-star who can pay strict attention to detail amidst a fast-paced environment!
The duties/skilled required:
Customer Service:
-Build client relations, identify potential for growth or difficulty
-Maintain a positive, friendly, & professional customer service
-Control multi-line phone, calls & messages promptly
-Direct the conversation to provide & obtain necessary information in a timely fashion
-Process clients checking in & checking out, process payments, direct billing, & tip-payout promptly
Scheduling:
-Create, maintain, adjust, a 6-practitioner, 4-room schedule, offering couples massages with variable skill sets and resources, while able to see multiple possibilities at once
-Manage & update online booking software & client data-base
-Execute a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Deliver clear hand-writing & brisk typing speed
Administration:
-Manage document flow & maintain digital data-base & paper filing system
-Process Direct Billing to insurance companies, adhere to privacy policy & industry standards
-Scanning/saving/uploading/printing/filing of sensitive documents
-MS Office: Word/Excel & Google Drive
-Trouble shooting & problem-solving
Prior experience in a clinic/spa-like environment is preferred, but if your skills & experience is transferable please demonstrate it in your Cover Letter.
