Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows will be charged the full amount. If you need to Late Cancel (cancel, change, or reschedule), with less than 24 hours notice due to illness or emergency, please email the clinic with supporting documentation for review.
Strictly Non-Sexual
Baan Thai Massage services are strictly non-sexual. As Thai-style massage incorporates stretching & movement, appropriate underwear are required. Any inappropriate comments or behaviour will immediately end the massage without compensation.
Safe-Space
Baan Thai Massage is dedicated to providing a safe-space for our staff & clients, any loud, aggressive, intimidating, or prejudiced behaviour, will not be tolerated. Please help us create a calm, relaxing, and accepting environment.
Lack of Compliance
Any lack of compliance of our policies may result in a refusal of service. We reserve the right to refuse service.
