We appreciate your understanding and patience as we adjust our practice to comply with the City of Calgary’s re-opening guidelines for Wellness Centres. We are offering staggered appointment times, a select menu of services, and have implemented a number of preventative measures to reduce face-to-face risk.
Please inform the front desk prior to your appointment if you, or anyone in your household, answer “Yes” to any of the following:
1. Have you, or anyone in your household, tested positive for COVID-19?2. Have you, or anyone in your household, come into contact with someone confirmed for COVID-19, or been at a site of a confirmed case?
3. Have you, or anyone in your household, travelled internationally, inter-provincially, or been at an international airport or border crossing, in the past 14 days?
4. Have you, or anyone in your household, experienced any flu-like symptoms including: cough, sore throat, runny-nose,
fever, or difficulty breathing, in the past 14 days?
Please arrive precisely 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time to facilitate a safe flow of traffic in the reception and common areas, and be prepared to follow our social distancing guidelines and protection policies.
As the City continues to re-open we hope to see our schedule and practices return to normal. Until then, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
