All of our massage therapists are Registered Massage Therapists, and Licensed Massage Practitioners, and are approved Insurance Companies for massage therapy.
We offer DIRECT BILLING to most major Insurance Companies.
In order to set-up Direct Billing, please do the following:
1) Let us know when booking the appointment & we will send you the appropriate forms
2) If you have coordination of benefits (more than one insurance plan), please let us know so that we send you the correct forms & your appointment goes smoothly.
3) Also, you can arrive early & complete forms via tablet, please let reception know that you are setting up Direct Billing to insurance.
4) Always be prepared to use alternate payment in case of technical difficulties.
We will process your claim while you are in session & let you know the outcome at the conclusion of your treatment.

Hello,
Do you direct bill Pacific blue cross?
Hi Tara,
We are located in Alberta, so we offer direct billing to Alberta Blue Cross, however, we do not Direct Bill to Pacific Blue Cross.
